Good morning Sunshine! Today we will be at Camp Northend (Statesville and Oaklawn Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206) for the Heal(H)er Wellness Series. Takeoff is 9 AM! We will be doing LOTS of cardio and a little lifting… if you have handweights, resistance bands, b***y bands, etc. bring them with you! If you don’t have any; it’s okay love. Your body weight is enough. Remember YOU are enough! We will have a full body 60 minute workout 🏋️♀️ and conclude with a walking meditative session. Ok Heal(H)ers!!!! The next episode of the Heal(H)er Wellness Series is almost here! Saturday May 6th… its going down! We will be joining Mary-Mary Chestnut for X-Treme Hip-Hop Step class!!! Trust me!!! You DO NOT want to miss this. As Ms. Mary says, “Summertime coming”!!! This will be a full body workout 🏋️♀️ so come prepared to move and have a great time!!! The Meditation 🧘🏿♀️ Walking Club will still be meeting after the class to “walk it out and talk it out” along with a healthy snack.

Heal(H)er Series: “Where we move a little more. Eat a little better and think a little differently.”
This series will be held every Saturday at different locations. Every episode in the series will conclude with a meditative walk and healthy snack.

Assisting clients with simple task to make their life a little bit easier. Must be comfortable rendering non-medical services as: light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship 
Weigh in!!! I went from 133 to 125 from 11/21 until today. Ironically… I look heavier at 125 than I usually do at 130. It’s the bloat and decreasing muscle tone. When you really pay attention; your body tells you exactly what it needs.
I’ll be back in no time… I knew, I already know what to do.
Don’t mind the background. I’m picking up and wiping things down before I hit the highway 😂😂😂😂
