⛱️ make sure that you hit the drop downs and select the correct SIZE AND COLOR that you want

⛱️ select “local pickup” to have it shipped to The Grit Haus and you can pick up from there

‼️ if you don’t live in Charlotte, please have it shipped directly to you!

1 mile run

(With or without a weight vest, partitioned if you’d like or scale as needed)

Heat times are 7am, 8:30am and 10am. We will warm up as a class!
