A full 360, and exactly why I love the process of figuring out your bridal look 🤏🏼 At her preview, my bride showed me some of my own work that she loved and described what she wanted as “soft glam” Based on the inspo she brought me, I was recreating one of my own full glam brides, but once we actually put it on her, it became very clear that what she considered soft glam was a little different from what I was seeing in the inspo.

So we did the preview we talked, adjusted, and we left with a beautiful look that she liked… but didn’t necessarily feel like her. Fast forward to her rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding she wanted the complete opposite. Think clean, minimal, effortless basically the least amount of makeup possible☝🏼

And THIS was the moment it clicked, she felt completely like herself. She loved how she looked without feeling like she was wearing a ton of makeup, and suddenly we knew exactly where to go for wedding day. So we took that rehearsal dinner look, copy and pasted it for the wedding, and then just turned the bridal volume up slightly. A little more definition, a little more longevity, a little more polish but still ✨HER✨

This is why I don’t believe your preview has to be the final answer. Sometimes you have to see yourself in the makeup, live in it for a few hours, try something completely different, and realize, “WAIT ✨THIS ✨is what I meant” 🤭 The inspo photo is the starting point. The goal is always figuring out what makes you feel the most beautiful💍
