Sometimes we ask a product to solve a problem it was never designed to solve.
Hair oils can have a place in a healthy hair and scalp routine, but very type of hair loss is not a product problem.
If the underlying issue involves a hair loss disorder, nutritional deficiency, hormonal changes, thyroid dysfunction, inflammation, medication, significant stress, or another internal factor, adding another oil may never address what actually needs attention.
And that’s where a lot of women get stuck.
They keep changing the product without changing the investigation.
Before you buy another bottle promising growth, ask yourself:
Do I actually know why I’m losing my hair?
Because the right product can’t compensate for the wrong question.

There’s something especially meaningful to me about being part of Cohort #10. Biblically, the number 10 is often connected with completeness, order and responsibility. Entering this season that number feels so significant.
Cohort #10, here I come ♥️
Send me a DM “ME” if you’ve felt like your hair fall just came out of no where.
👀 Your labs came back “normal”… but your hair is still falling out. Now what?
This is where I start looking a little closer.
Falling within a reference range doesn’t automatically mean that level is optimal for you or supportive of healthy hair growth.
And this is an important distinction because your body has priorities.
Your hair? It’s not one of them.
So when your hair continues to thin or shed despite being told everything looks “fine,” I don’t think that’s the time to stop asking questions.
Sometimes normal is simply where the investigation begins. 🕵🏾♀️
Have you ever been told your labs were normal while you were still experiencing hair loss?
If you’re experiencing shedding, pull up your calendar and ask yourself: What was happening in my life 2–4 months before this started?

Products can support hair and scalp care.
They cannot replace figuring out what you’re actually dealing with.
P.S 👉🏽Send this to your friend with 14 bottles of hair growth- oil under her bathroom sink.
Okay….. but what else did we look at 👀
One of the biggest mistakes I see in their hair loss conversation is taking ONE lab value and allowing it to close the entire conversation.
Ferritin can be an important clue- but it’s still just that: a clue.
I need context.
What does the rest of the iron picture look like? CBC? Symptoms? Hair loss timeline? Changes in the body during that time?
Because hair loss rarely walks into the room, introduces itself, and tells us exactly why it’s there. 😂
You have to build the case.
🕵🏽♀️ And that’s where the investigation begins.
Comment “CLUES” if you want more hair detective files where I break down the things I’m looking for behind the scenes.

Behind every business you admire…
there were hundreds of moments nobody ever saw.
The self-doubt.
The second guessing.
The tiny wins.
The starting over which by the way can be very frustrating 😫
If you’re building something…
don’t quit because it feels slow.
Most businesses don’t fail because they’re bad.
They fail because someone stopped showing up.
I’m still here. If you’re building something—big or small—comment “still building.” I’d love to cheer you on.
❤️
Today’s lesson…
Stop searching for the magic product.
Start becoming curious about your body.
Curiosity changes everything.
That’s what I’m learning every single day inside this profession.
Hair loss isn’t just about growing hair.
It’s about understanding yourself and your body.
If your hair could answer ONE question today… what would you ask it?
