A quick appointment policy update! 👽 We are SO thankful that we have been so busy!
While you guys are keeping us busy, we want to make sure we are able to continue to give all of our clients the best experience possible so we’re making a quick change!
We’ve noticed more guests bringing friends, partners, and family members to appointments. While we love that you feel comfortable here, our salon floor has become a little crowded, making it harder for our team to move around safely and provide the best experience possible. In order to keep things running smoothly, we’re asking that only clients receiving services join us on the salon floor during their appointment.
Please know that this rule does NOT apply to parents and guardians of minors who are receiving services! Parents and guardians are always welcome to stay with their children receiving services.
We really appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow ✨ These changes help us keep the salon comfortable, relaxing, and most importantly keeps us safe for everyone who walks in our doors - staff included 🛸
