Rest Without Apology

Rest is so necessary to our wellbeing,
yet somehow, we feel guilty when we pause.
We measure our worth by how much we accomplish
and forget that even the earth
needs seasons of stillness.

Never feel guilty if you need time to rest.
You are not lazy.
You are not giving up.
Rest is not a sign of weakness;
it is an act of kindness toward yourself.

Rest is breathing deeply
before taking the next step.
It is giving your weary body permission to slow down,
allowing a busy mind to become quiet
and your soul to simply breathe.

There will always be another task,
another message,
another responsibility,
another reason to keep going.
But sometimes,
the bravest thing you can do
is put it all down
and choose yourself for a while.

So rest without apology.
Sleep when you are tired.
Be still when you need silence.
Take a slow morning.
Sit beneath the sky.
Let yourself simply exist.

You deserve moments
where nothing is expected of you.
You deserve softness.
You deserve peace.

And remember,
rest does not take you away from your life.

so this was a blonde transformation today, Teresa she want a few inches off a great round layer with her fringe to give a lot more. Trinity look to her blonde. It really broke it up and gave her a lot of volume. I just love it on her. It is a great layered look not to mention the bombshell blonde which she is. Love you girl much 💕

The last highlight before the delightful son is born and Haven is ready and looks beautiful and this is a number four for her. She is such a wonderful mom human special person. She’s like a sister to me for sure. Love you girl. Can’t wait to hear all about the precious boy.🩵

we did a dimensional blonde for this back to school delightful teacher. She wanted a little pop and fun. Trendy looked at her straight Bob just gorgeous.

we did a reverse balayage on Miss gorgeous Kimberly we do a chocolate brunette shade for her and we reversed it a bit to pop it out for the rest of summer with a large round brush blowout to perfection. Just stunning!!
