Thinking of all of Dad’s friends, who by now have had at least 1 haircut that wasn’t done by Mean Gene the hairstyling machine!!

I wanted to share with you, his friends, what Gene’s headstone will look like. ❤️💔🥺

Some of you have been with Gene since the 1970’s. Some of you barely got to know him.

Either way, you were a huge piece of Gene’s life.

The shop was opened in 2004 and now it is locked for the last time.

Gene had huge goals and aspirations in his life. He was a rhino 🦏 every day of his life- charging forward to meet those goals. We are so very proud of all he accomplished in his 79 years on this earth. Even more, we are just so eternally grateful for Gene. Our dad, husband, Papa, brother, uncle, barber… and friend.

May we always remember the legend, the Master Barber,
