✨ Not all cupping marks mean the same thing.
Ever wonder why some cupping marks are barely visible while others are deep red, purple, or almost black? The color can vary based on several factors, including the intensity of the treatment, tissue sensitivity, and how your body responds to the cups.
Cupping is one of the techniques I may incorporate into a massage session when appropriate, especially when working with areas experiencing tightness, muscular tension, and restricted movement.
And those circles? They’re not bruises in the traditional sense, and darker doesn’t automatically mean “more toxins” or that something is severely blocked. Your body’s response can look different from session to session. 🤎
