Hello everyone! I know it's been a while since you've heard from me and I apologize! Lots of things changing and happening in life right now - but when is that not the case?! 🤪

Anyways, this past year I've struggled with my weight more than I'd like to admit. I definitely have given myself a grace period, as I believe all mothers should, after pregnancy and child birth. But it's time to get real with myself and get back to where I want to be. There are plenty of excuses out there to not do something, but sometimes if we just put our best foot forward and give something a shot we come out better and healthier for it!

With my 30th birthday coming up in August (bye bye 20's!!😲) I'm challenging myself to get back to healthy eating and following the healthy life style I knew and loved before my 2nd pregnancy!
