It’s been a long while since I’ve taught this class that I first created in 2012
It’s near and dear to my heart - and I think we all need a little more grounding and connection to ourselves and others

A structural approach to both the poses of yoga, and the body positioning of cutting hair. We will begin the class with a yoga practice designed for all levels including those who have never practiced yoga before.

The focus of this practice will be to inform about the alignment of the body and building the structure of the pose. We will then take those concepts and apply them to our physical approach to cutting hair. We will walk through a haircut together applying yoga techniques.

The concepts you learn in this class can be immediately taken into the salon and also into one’s personal life as they help to contribute to overall mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well being.
