Exciting news at The Venue. Since my accident I've been restless and craving change, growth and well, to just plain take lessons from this period in my life and make it even better. So... I tossed around moving, (not going to happen, Devin loves it here and so do I). thought about getting another dog (Yeah right like I need another thing to be responsible for). Then it hit me, I need internal growth and a new challenge (I know, I'm kinda strange like that.) So I've decided to invest in me and in The Venue and take us to new levels. You might not see much change at first but in 12 months you will be blown away. Watch out world Jody's once again on the path to fulfilling her true purpose.
Wrist update...Today has been my first day at The Venue without my assistant since my accident. It's been a long day but I've successfully shampooed, cut, colored, foiled and blown dry clients nonstop since 8:30. My wrist it doing great! Thank you to all of my wonderful clients. You have been my cheerleaders though this whole 8 week ordeal. I need to send a special thanks to my assistant who patiently helped me at the salon for 7 weeks. Thank you Chris Morris, you are the best boyfriend a girl could ever wish for. By the way, everyone has missed you today. You've made a lasting impression here. Some seem to like your shampoos better than mine. :0)
