Let’s get real for a second. Building a team is no small feature—especially when life throws you curveballs. When we moved and opened the 3-chair salon focused on extensions and color, I had no idea what was in store. From grieving family losses to juggling endless time constraints (and yes, there are still upgrades on my wish list!), it’s been a journey.

Through all the rebranding and the days when I wasn’t as accessible, these two incredible women have been solid. I’m so grateful to God for them and for sharing this adventure together.
