To ensure we can continue providing the best experience possible and respect the time reserved for each guest, we ask that you review our appointment and cancellation policy below.

We value your time and ask that you value ours as well. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

* Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service.
* No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service.

A valid card may be required to reserve appointments. Cancellation fees and no-show fees may be charged to the card on file.
