This new client hasn't had a cut in a long time mainly out of fear from past salons not listening to her nor delivering on their promises. After assuring her I would not do anything drastic I touched up the tone of her hair and gave her a trim that she felt comfortable with. Sometimes all it takes is to listen and take small steps in the right direction. Rome wasn't built in 1 day!
