New to Total Body Dance?

***WHAT IS IT? Choreographed cardio dance routines set to great music, plus stretching, sculpting and toning. No prior dance experience necessary!

***WHAT DO I WEAR? Comfortable workout clothes, like yoga pants and a tank or t-shirt. Regular sneakers or dance sneakers. Check out the website for more details, come dance with us!
Drop in anytime, class is ongoing:
- Wed & Fri 8am
- Sunday 8:30am BEGINNER class followed by 9:30am class!
ALL levels welcome! ages 13 & up
$20 drop-in
10 class card - $180
