🍊“I’m a Junior at UTC majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition! I first joined Orangetheory a little over 3 years ago, in June of 2018 in Knoxville. I love OTF because it gives me some of my best friends, a different but constantly challenging workout each and every day, and allows me to live a healthy and happy lifestyle that I love and can encourage others to do the same! I love seeing members grow every single day and I’m blessed to be able help them achieve . My favorite workout is a tie between strength and power!”
