Celebrating 6 years in business, we’ve transitioned from the survival phase to stability and growth. What started as just me during a tough season has blossomed into a full team, expanded services, and two storefronts. Six years ago this month, I opened the doors to The Lashery.

To say it was a leap of faith would be an understatement.

It was May of 2020, right after close contact services were finally allowed to reopen during Covid. Everly was barely two years old. We had recently experienced tornado damage to our home. I had no savings, no unemployment, and no stimulus money to fall back on. Just a vision, a husband who believed in me completely, and clients who continued to show up and support me in ways I’ll never be able to fully repay.

What started as a dream has grown into something bigger than I could have imagined.

Over the last six years, The Lashery has expanded into the space next door, added new services, grown our team, and evolved into the colorful little beauty bar I always hoped it could become. Every late night, every risk, every obstacle, every lesson… it has all been worth it.

But the truth is, none of this was built alone.

To my clients, thank you for trusting me with your faces, your confidence, your stories, and your lives over the years. To my team, thank you for helping bring this place to life every single day.

And to my family… thank you for being the foundation beneath all of this.

While this may be my business, Greg has been the man behind the scenes from the very beginning. From building furniture, doing repairs, helping with renovations, painting walls, moving things late at night, listening to every idea, and somehow continuing to believe in me through every season… The Lashery would not exist in the way it does without him. Babe, I am so grateful for you.

And Everly… you have always been my why.

You grew up inside these walls. So much of this was built with the hope of creating a beautiful life for our family, and a little girl who was watching me chase something scary and meaningful at the same time.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.
