✨WE’RE HIRING✨
Hi! I’m Alexis () and I’m looking for a new assistant to start in January! *Please read the whole post before messaging*

Requirements:
-Must be licensed OR have completed at least 1000 hours of cosmetology school
-Quick learner and good at multi-tasking (I don’t expect you to know everything but I do need you to be teachable and catch on quickly)
-Good with social media
-Good people skills
-DRIVE in the industry!!! If your goal is to just be a semi-successful stylist (or just went to hair school bc you didn’t know what else to do) then I’m not the mentor for you.

Job responsibilities:
-shampooing + toning + drying clients
-cleaning, sweeping, laundry
-answer phone calls
-schedule + check out guests
-help with social media

Perks of assisting:
-Hourly pay
-Can take your own clients (once licensed and ready to do so) on days you’re not assisting me
-No contracts. Once you are ready to be on your own you can move to commission or booth rent and I’ll start this whole process over again🫠🤣
-I’ll teach you everything I know, but keep in mind that I do a lot of blonding and extensions so you will see majority of that but there are plenty of other amazing stylists at .chatt who you can learn from.

We are having to turn away appointments, because our current stylists are booked. This is a great opportunity if you are still building your clientele (although we do also offer booth rental for more established stylists)
