It is important to have a balance of exfoliating and hydrating ingredients to protect the barrier.
Ingredients will vary depending on skin condition.

My go-to's for Oily skin are:

📌 Salicylic or Glycolic Cleanser.

📌 A hydrating Toner to balance the acidic cleanser.

📌 Then a Vitamin C is a MUST. This feeds the skin with antioxidants repairing the barrier and adding additional UV protection by supporting your SPF.

📌 Then apply a Hyaluronic based moisturizer. I love to layer hydrating for oily skin. Instead of a heavy moisturizer which is unappealing for an oily skin type. Now we can use a moisturizing SPF.

📌 In the Evening the regimen is very similar, minus the SPF and I like to add an antibacterial component. Such as Salicylic or Mandelic.

📌 Then use the Hyaluronic or B3 Moistuirzer (Niacinamide) for hydration.
