The body speaks in sensation before words arrive.

Racing thoughts.
Restless sleep.
A chest that stays guarded.
A nervous system that keeps scanning the room.

Body Alchemy works through stillness, touch, rhythm, and guided awareness to support regulation and recovery.

Tonight’s Women’s Circle Reminder ✨

Tonight is the night that we come together in community.

As women we are often conditioned and even programmed by culture, family, religion, and even our own self imposed judgments to put our needs either to the side or off the table completely to make sure everyone else stays comfortable and happy.

Tonight we will dive into the Acceptance Alchemy concepts around the archetypes and symbols of the “rescuer and the nurturer.”

They are two sides of the same coin. And although sometimes it’s easy to feel like we should be hard on ourselves when we fall into cycles of disempowerment tonight we will discover how they’re actually the key to our freedom, our emotional sovereignty, and our personal power.

I can’t wait to gather with you this evening. Here are a few gentle reminders so you feel prepared and settled when you arrive:

🌿 What to bring with you:• Layers in case you get warm or cold• A journal 📓• Water with a closed lid 💧• A back jack or extra support cushion if you’d like more comfort• An open mind and a spirit of willingness + curiosity ✨

🚫 What to leave behind:• Excessive personal items — you’re only here for a couple of hours• Expectations• A closed mind

📍 Location:We’ll be meeting at the small brick building with the teal door:106 Woodrow Ave

🚗 Parking:There are limited parking spaces in the driveway. Once those are full, please park in the gravel lot to the right of the building.

⏰ Timing matters:We begin promptly at 6:30 PM and doors will close at 6:45 PM so we can create a safe, uninterrupted container for everyone.

💗 A note about circle:Circle is about laughter as much as it is tears. We come together in community to be seen… and to see others through loving eyes.

👯 Bring a sister:It’s not too late to invite a friend to join us tonight!

If you purchased a 2-for-1 ticket, please send me your guest’s full name! Link in comments

You don’t realize you’ve given your power away
until one quiet moment, you hear yourself think:
“Why am I like this?”
And something inside you sinks.
Not because it’s true
but because it feels like you don’t have a choice.

When I really sat with this, I saw something I couldn’t unsee.
There were moments in my life where I made a decision
sometimes consciously, sometimes not
that being loved, accepted, or safe
mattered more than being fully myself.
So I adjusted.
I softened my truth.
I quieted parts of me.
I became who I thought I needed to be
to belong.
And the hard part is… it worked.
It got me connection.
It got me approval.
It got me a sense of belonging.
But it came at a cost.
Somewhere along the way, I handed over my authority
and didn’t even realize I had done it.

See if you can feel into this for yourself.
Can you remember the first time
you decided it was safer to be accepted than to be fully expressed?
The first time you shaped yourself
to fit into someone else’s expectations?
Or does it feel like something you’ve been carrying
for as long as you can remember?
Like it didn’t start at a moment
but has just always been there?

And now here you are.
Living a life, making decisions, having reactions
that don’t always feel like they are truly yours.
Your thoughts run fast.
Your emotions take over.
Your nervous system leads the way.
And somewhere inside, a quieter voice is asking:
Who is actually in charge here?

What I have come to understand is this:
You didn’t lose your power.
You made a series of intelligent, human decisions
to give parts of it away
in exchange for love, safety, and belonging.
And that means something important.
If it was given
it can be reclaimed.

This is what sovereignty really is.
Not control.
Not perfection.
Not forcing yourself to think or feel a certain way.
But coming back into relationship with yourself
where you are the one who gets to choose.
Where your thoughts are not your ruler
but something you can witness, question, and lead.
Where your life begins to feel like it is moving from you
instead of happening to you.

On April 23rd, we are coming to gather @ Elaruna Sanctuary of Sound and Light.
Acceptance Alchemy LIVE: The “Sovereignty” Edition 👑
A women’s circle where we gently explore the places
you may have given your authority away
and begin the process of reclaiming it
with compassion, awareness, and presence.
A space to slow down.
To listen.
To reconnect with the part of you
that has always been capable of leading your own inner world.

If something in you is stirring as you read this
if you can feel that quiet knowing that it is time
I would love to have you in the circle.

QANTUM FASCIA

Comment FLOW for my free Quantum Fascia guide.

Our fascia is a bodywide network of collagen.

This collagen is semicondutive and piezoelectric meaning it can generate an electrical charge when compressed, just like a quartz crystal.

Fascia is lined with organized water as explained by Professor Gerald Pollack and his team from the University of Washington.

This EZ liquid crystal water can also hold and transmit energy and information throughout the body.

Fascia forms what scientists call tropocollagen nanotubules or very small tubes of collagen.

These collagen tubules can utilize the power of liquid crystal water to propel fluid, particles and protons throughout the body.

This fiber optic quantum web is the largest sensory organ in the body with recent research suggesting an association between emotion and health/function of the fascia.

We'll be talking all about fascia, tending to it and releasing it in the Coherence Collective, open this Friday.

Let's tend our quantum terrain together.

Your fascia, your body’s connective tissue, is so much more than just scaffolding.

It’s an intelligent communication network.
An information superhighway carrying not only nerve impulses, but energy.

It’s piezoelectric, meaning it generates and conducts its own electrical current.

And it’s in constant conversation with your brain and nervous system.

So when we only work with the physical,
or only process emotions,

we’re leaving out half the equation.

At Body Alchemy Chattanooga, we don’t separate the body into parts.
We work with the whole system, integrating structure, nervous system, energy, presence, and frequency.

Because you are not a collection of pieces to fix.
You’re a living, interconnected experience.

If you’re ready to be supported as a whole human,
not segmented, not simplified,

book your consultation today.

For so long we have been taught to think of ourselves as only a body.

A body that needs fixing.
A body that needs improving.
A body that carries stress, tension, pain, and exhaustion.

But the truth is we are so much more than that.

We are mental.
We are emotional.
We are spiritual.
We are energetic.

Every experience we have touches all of these layers of who we are.

And when even one of those layers is ignored, something inside of us begins to feel out of balance.

This is why spaces that honor the whole person matter so deeply.

With so much gratitude and excitement, we are honored to share that Body Alchemy’s very own Mirilena Lee has been accepted as a resident practitioner at Elaruna Sanctuary, a beautiful and welcoming sound studio in Red Bank.

This partnership feels like a dream that has been quietly growing roots for the past year. A year of intention setting. A year of energetic manifestation. A year of heartfelt prayer for a home where the work of Acceptance Alchemy could truly live and breathe.

And now that home has appeared.

Beginning this season, Mirilena will be offering four events each month at Elaruna Sanctuary.

Together we will care for the whole of who you are.

Your body will soften and unwind in immersive sound baths.
Your mind will settle through guided meditation.
Your emotional world will be supported through facilitated release work.
Your spirit will be nourished in sacred circle gatherings.

And with each Full Moon we will gather for a community fire release ceremony, open to all who feel called to let go of what no longer belongs in their story.

This is more than an event series.
It is a space for remembering yourself.

We invite you to join us in caring for the whole person. Every layer of who you are.

Together we will create beauty, healing, and a little bit of magic at Elaruna Sanctuary.

If you would like to stay connected and be the first to hear about upcoming gatherings, we warmly invite you to visit our website and subscribe to the Body Alchemy newsletter. This is where we will share event dates, offerings, and ways to join us as this beautiful new chapter unfolds.

Holding Space for Stillness

In Craniosacral work, one of the most powerful capacities we cultivate is the ability to let the mind grow quiet. When we soften the constant movement of thought and turn inward, a deeper stillness begins to emerge. It’s within this stillness that our subtle perception and intuitive awareness naturally deepen.

As practitioners, our hands are only part of the instrument. The real instrument is our presence — the quality of attention we bring into the room and the depth of listening we embody through our touch.

As the mind settles, awareness gently begins to move inward. Instead of reaching outward, trying to figure something out, our attention rests back into a quieter inner space. It’s a subtle shift — a returning to ourselves, a soft interiorization into presence.

From here, we begin to rest more fully as a witness.

Rather than actively searching for information, we allow perception to arise on its own within a calm field of awareness. The nervous system responds to this quality of presence. It begins to regulate and settle, and our perception becomes more receptive, more attuned.

When the mind becomes increasingly quiet and aligned with this witnessing awareness, intuition often deepens naturally. The heart opens as another center of listening, and we may begin to perceive the body’s subtle rhythms and movements with greater clarity.

From this grounded stillness, the system reveals itself more easily — the tides and pauses, the small gestures toward balance, and the inherent intelligence that is always orienting the body toward health.

Stillness is not the absence of awareness.
It is the refinement of awareness.

As we cultivate inner quiet, our capacity to truly listen expands. And within that listening, the subtle field of the body-mind can be met with greater sensitivity, trust, and respect.

“Be still, and know…”
— Jesus Christ

“Silence is also a conversation.”

Many women have learned to edit themselves.

To soften their truth.
To keep the peace.
To say “I’m fine” when they’re not.

Not because they’re dishonest—
but because it hasn’t felt safe to be fully real.

And here’s what we often miss:
feeling safe in the body almost always begins with belonging.

When we don’t feel like we belong, our nervous system stays on guard.
We stay braced.
Quiet.
Careful.

What we want instead is a space where our truth is welcome.

A space where we can speak without being corrected, minimized, or judged.
Where our emotions don’t need justification.
Where honesty doesn’t cost us connection.

When women gather in intentional community—
when they are seen, heard, and met without fixing—
the nervous system begins to soften.
Breath deepens.
Shoulders drop.
Safety returns.

That’s why Body Alchemy Chattanooga hosts a monthly women’s circle.

Not to fix you.
But to offer a steady, grounded container
where belonging comes first
and truth is allowed to land.

✨ We meet this Tuesday at 6:30-9 pm at the Body Alchemy Studio. You cagrab your seat here! https://www.questionyourstory.com/pages/womenscircles

Your truth is not too much.
It’s been waiting for the right community.

💬 Reflection question:
What truth have you been holding back because it didn’t feel safe to share?m

💛 Massage shouldn’t feel scary. Relief shouldn’t be temporary.
If you’ve ever felt anxious about un******ng, lying down, or “just relaxing” during bodywork… I get it. I’ve been there too. Traditional massage left me tense, frustrated, and craving more than a momentary relief.
That’s why Body Alchemy exists.
Here, you stay fully clothed if you want, while sound healing, guided meditation, and gentle bodywork help your nervous system truly settle. Sessions don’t just feel good—they create lasting calm, peace, and relief.
Most clients leave after their first visit saying:
"For the first time in months, the tightness in my chest has softened."
If you’re burned out, carrying tension, or just need a safe space to simply BE, Body Alchemy Chattanooga is here for you. 💫
Your body deserves care that works.

Do you feel triggered all the time…
even when nothing is actually wrong?

Your body stays on edge.
Your nervous system scans for danger.
And there’s this constant sense that something bad is about to happen—
even when life looks “fine” on the outside.

That’s not because you’re broken.
And it’s not because you’re weak.
It’s because your nervous system learned, at some point,
that it wasn’t safe to fully relax.

So now:
• Calm feels unfamiliar
• Triggers feel like emergencies
• Anxiety shows up without a clear source
• Your body stays in fight-or-flight, just in case
And living like that is exhausting.

What you actually want isn’t to “get rid of anxiety.”
You want to feel unshakable.
Steady in your body.
Able to meet triggers without spiraling.
Free from the constant fear that the other shoe is about to drop.
And that kind of calm doesn’t come from thinking differently.
It comes from your body learning—through experience—that it’s safe now.

This is the work of Body Alchemy Chattanooga.
We don’t override your system.
We don’t force calm.
We create the conditions where your nervous system can finally soften on its own.
Because true safety isn’t a mindset.

It’s a felt experience.

And once your body knows safety…
everything changes.

If this resonates, your body may already be saying yes.

You don’t have to live braced for impact anymore. You can soften into safety.

What is Somatic Therapy, really?

“Somatic therapy” has become a bit of a buzzword lately—especially in spaces talking about trauma, anxiety, and PTSD. But somatic therapies are not new, and they’re not just one type of therapy.

The word somatic comes from the Latin soma, meaning “body.”
So quite simply, any approach that works with the body instead of just the mind falls under the umbrella of somatic therapy.

That means practices like:
✨ Breathwork & pranayama
✨ Yoga & mindful movement
✨ Massage therapy
✨ Sound balancing
✨ Craniosacral therapy
…and many more

All of these support healing by helping the nervous system feel safe again.

Why does this matter for trauma?

Trauma doesn’t just live in our thoughts—it lives in the body.

You might know this feeling:
• Being triggered and suddenly shaking like a leaf
• Feeling constantly on edge or hyper-vigilant
• Feeling disconnected, numb, or dissociated from your body
• Knowing something is “off,” but not being able to think your way out of it

Somatic therapies gently work with the body to help release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, and rebuild a sense of safety from the inside out.

The Signature Session

Healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why the Signature Session was created.

✨ No cookie-cutter sessions
✨ No standard protocol
✨ Every session is completely customized

Each experience is unique because you are unique.

Somatic therapy can be a powerful stand-alone treatment or a beautiful complement to work you’re already doing—like talk therapy or acupuncture.

While somatic therapy is appropriate for most people, there are times when it may not be the right fit—and we always honor that with care, transparency, and integrity.

If you’ve been curious about somatic therapy, it may just be the doorway to healing you’ve been looking for.

💛 Come experience it for yourself.
