The basics of makeup I teach my clients using 3-4 colors. Highlight, contour, lip, and cheek. The skin looks like it’s lit from within. I teach how to achieve a natural youthful glow using Seint Cosmetics. It’s easy to apply and saves time and space by storing all makeup in one compact. Message me for more details.
HIGHLIGHT
This color should be lighter than your natural skin tone. With the small end of the IIID Brush apply this shade to the bridge of the nose, beneath your eyes and down the side of the nose in a pie piece shape, between your brows, on the chin, and along the jawline.
CONTOUR
This color should be deeper than your natural skin tone. It creates and accentuates the “shadows” on your face, giving dimension and a sculpt to your face. Using the large end of the IIID Brush apply the contour color round the edges of your face, down the neck, the side of your nose and beneath your cheekbones.
LIP + CHEEK
This rosy tone brings out your eyes, makes the face appear more youthful and warms your complexion. Apply this with a brush, sponge or fingertip to the apples of your cheeks and to the center of your lips.

* With most formulas, it's important to start by shaking the bottle well to activate the product.
* Apply evenly to the roots of your hair, focusing on where it tends to be oiliest.
* If you are using a spray dry shampoo, make sure to hold the bottle about 12 inches from your scalp. This will ensure an even application and is the easiest way to avoid white and sticky product residue.
* Work the product through the scalp with your fingers or a brush.
* Finally, brush through your hair to remove any product residue and enjoy refreshed hair!
Here’s a Pro tip: Use dry shampoo on freshly shampooed hair. This trick has been a lifesaver for clients on 2nd day hair.

Here are 3tips for treating curly hair:
1. Moisturize: Curly hair tends to be drier and more prone to frizz. Therefore, it is essential to keep your curls hydrated. Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner specifically formulated for curly hair. Additionally, incorporate a deep conditioning treatment into your haircare routine once or twice a week to provide extra moisture and nourishment.
2. Avoid heat styling: Heat styling tools like flat irons and curling irons can be damaging to curly hair. Excessive heat can strip away moisture and disrupt the natural curl pattern. Try to embrace your natural curls and limit the use of heat styling tools. If you do use heat, always apply a heat protectant spray beforehand and use the lowest heat setting possible. I always teach my client the twirl technique. It’s simply twisting sections of the hair and allowing to dry naturally or with a diffuser. It should look like mini dread locks all over the hair. The twisting provides more stability for the curls and the curls look more defined.
3. Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers: When detangling your curly hair, it's best to use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers instead of a brush. Brushes can cause breakage and disrupt the curl pattern. Start from the ends and work your way up, gently detangling any knots or tangles. This method helps to minimize damage and preserve the shape of your curls.

Here is a to a fun cut and balayage highlight I did a few years ago. It’s a short disconnected cropped pixie with tons of texture. She had the option of tucking behind her ear to show off that disconnection or leave it untucked to have a wispy fringe around her face.
