Jennifer Haley has joined our team at Mirror Image! I’ve cut her hair since we were in our twenties so she’s been part of the family for years but now it is official! Welcome home, Jen!!! 💇🏻‍♀️💇🏼‍♂️💇🏻‍♂️💇🏽

Along with the TN guidelines(link is included below), we are implementing a few new protocols to ensure everyone's safety. If you are having any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home.
*One guest per stylist per appointment.
*Provide your own mask for use throughout the entire appointment. We have a limited supply for emergencies at a $10 charge.
*Upon arrival please text your service provider who will text you back when she can meet you at the entrance for a temperature check.
*Please use the restroom and wash hands.
*There will be a 100% no show fee and a 50% late(within 24 hrs) cancellation fee due before rescheduling.
*Apple, Android, and Tap pay are offered as contact-free payment options as long as your account is set up with a credit card(no debit card for this service, as of now, but we're working on it). If you would like to add a gratuity please verbalize that when given your total.

Hey Mirror Image Family,
We’re looking forward to seeing you all and after discussing the details surrounding COVID-19 and the close contact services we provide, we are opening on May 12th. We are still awaiting PPE supplies and will feel more comfortable knowing we can better protect all of us having these supplies upon opening. We are certified and regulated by the TN State Board of Cosmetology and we will share their list of guidelines along with our new parameters in an upcoming post.
We love our jobs and serving our clients and hope you will grant us patience as we attempt the impossible. In order to allow us to give you our best, please remember we will have to allow more time for each appointment. This means we will not be able to get everyone in as quickly as we, or you, would like. We have many clients who missed appointments and we will do our best in using the most equitable rescheduling method possible for each of us and you.
Whew! This has been difficult and will continue to be but we are resilient and will get through this together. Soon my friends, soon...

Hey guys, we just wanted to let you all know we are following all announcements and information regarding COVID-19, Stay at Home orders, and when Traci Silberman Bass, Jeannie Tuller Hixon, and I(Stacy Silberman Miller)will be able to begin working again. As of now, it will NOT be May 1. Mayor Berke is planning to make an announcement on Thursday. We will update you when we have that information. We will still wait to reschedule everyone until the last minute due to the ever changing return dates. We can’t wait to see you all again and love that you guys can’t wait to get back to us. ♥️💇🏻‍♀️💇🏼‍♂️

To our community,
After careful consideration we have decided to close Mirror Image until April 6th. At that point we will re-evaluate based on the most current information and recommendations from the CDC. If you have an appointment during this time period we will contact you personally. We will not be rescheduling at this time due to the uncertainty of our reopening date. We will continue to document cancellations so that everyone stays on our radar. We love our Mirror Image community and are working diligently to make the most educated decisions to keep that community safe and healthy. Thanks in advance for your patience as we navigate this uncharted situation.
