Let's welcome Ericka LMT to our team!!! She specializes in sports, sports injury and recovery, medical, deep tissue, sweedish, and custom massages. She will be booking clients on Wednesdays in the month of June to build clientele then adding more days as we go! If you're interested, she will offer 30, 60, and 90 min massages!

Reflecting on the past 3 years (and frankly, the past 20 being around the industry) ....my husband Garrett and I (Vicki) started remodeling our building in April 2023 and opened in July of 2023. I went from rolling solo to building the most wonderful team and developing an Establishment training program. This upcoming week, we have BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!!!!! Our team is growing again at UpperCuts!!! Stay tuned as we announce our new staff, new service to the salon, and more hours! We are sssooooo excited for this! We have also launched new retail lines, new color lines, and so much going on right now! Eeeekkkkk!!!!! Get ready! 😁😁😁😁😁

Ps...what drives me...that sign I hold, was from Verna's Beauty Shop....my great-grandmother's shop. It hangs in my station now. The generational gift of hair runs in our blood and deep in our roots.

Both our ladies in the Establishment Training Program are doing amazing things!!! Nissa has really taken hold on perfecting curls, giving a relaxing facial, and taking time to perfect haircuts! Tanisha is now accepting clients for pedicures, perfecting her cutting skills, and laying down hair treatments! These ladies are doing amazing advancing their skills in the field instead of spending weeks on maniquins. They have direct supervision and guidance while learning the trade under the supervision of licensed cosmetologist and licensed instructor.
