This landed her a gig in the 2012 Independent horror film. “A Sweet and Vicious Beauty,” where she performed hair and make up for the film. Justine was a Salon Leader for Hair Cuttery for the past 15 years operating multiple salons from DC, MD to NJ. During her career, she had an impact on salon professionals by providing hands on training from clipper cuts, foil placements, color correction and balayage. Her expertise and education has helped many trainees become successful in their careers. Alongside with educating, coaching , mentoring and training; Justine also partnered with local cosmetology schools such as Paul Mitchell, Frederick School of Cosmetology and Empire by recruiting,presentations and education. As the industry has changed and evolved since Covid, Justine has understood and listened to her clients. Her clients have expressed they want to feel special and heard.
