Today we had an unfortunate event in our salon where we almost had to call the cops on a client.

This is absolutely not okay and had multiple employees in tears and a panic due to the verbal harassment.
Going forward all clients MUST fill out our waiver that is sent to you.

Its super sad that things like these have to even been enforced.
Our top priority is the safety and mental wellbeing of our employees.
We love our clients but behavior of this nature is completely unacceptable and super unfortunate.

Degradation or belittling will not be tolerated WHATSOEVER.

At the end of the day we are humans not robots and our staff only wants the best for their clients.
