✨ It’s been a while since I’ve formally introduced myself, so if you’re new here- welcome! 🤗 I am so grateful you’re here.

My journey into Massage Therapy actually began with an injury of my own. While attempting to longboard (spoiler alert: I failed miserably), I broke my ankle in three places and dislocated it. After surgery, I began working with an incredible physical therapist who introduced me to the power of soft tissue mobilization. I vividly remember him explaining what he was doing every step of the way- a light bulb went off, and I was hooked.

I graduated from The Institute of Massage Therapies in 2013, beginning a journey that transformed not only my career but also my own path of self-discovery and healing. As my practice evolved, I realized there was something more to healing than just addressing the physical body. For me, the magic lies in the unseen. I believe energy is at the root of what connects us all, and I felt called to Reiki as a way to support healing on a deeper level. Inspired by that calling, I became an Advanced Restorative Reiki Practitioner in 2016.

Today, I integrate Therapeutic Massage with Reiki to provide a holistic approach to wellness that honors the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. My work incorporates myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and energy work to help relieve pain, improve mobility, restore balance, and support your body’s natural healing process.

Above all, I believe healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and accepted. I am committed to creating an inclusive, judgment-free space where every person is welcome exactly as they are. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from stress or injury, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
