✨A realm of intuitive healing through the arts of Massage Therapy & Reiki✨
✨Handcrafted self-care essentials that nourish the body & honor the Earth✨
"After graduating from The Institute of Massage Therapies in 2013, I embarked on the journey of self-discovery and self-healing which led me to becoming an Advanced Restorative Reiki Practitioner in 2016. Ever since, I have been integrating therapeutic massage with reiki, allowing me to provide all-encompassing mind-body-spirit healing experiences. I strive to provide you with an effective therapeutic massage that addresses any postural distortions or biochemical dysfunctions through neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, and energy work. I take tremendous pride in creating a safe space for ANY and EVERYBODY to heal. My core goal as a practitioner is to work with clients, not on them. I feel it’s important that everyone understands informed consent. I encourage everyone to be engaged with their bodies and empower them in their healing. My mission is to continue to share the power of touch and to educate the importance of self-care. In the end, we are all one. We must take care of one another, and I am so grateful that my role is: Massage Therapist, Healer, and Friend." "When the body, mind and spirit are in sync, optimal health and wellness is achieved. My intentions are to restore balance and harmony to the body through Massage Therapy and Reiki while empowering you to activate the healer within you!"

🍂 The first day of autumn is a gentle reminder: you don’t always have to rush.
There is something beautiful about this season slowing us down — the crisp mornings, the cozy rituals, the changing leaves, and the quiet invitation to let go of what no longer serves us.
Just like the trees release what they no longer need, we can give ourselves permission to pause, breathe, and take care of the body that carries us through it all. 🤎
Maybe self-care this season looks like a slower morning. A little more rest. A deep breath. Or an hour devoted entirely to you.
Consider this your sign to make space for yourself — and perhaps book that massage you’ve been meaning to schedule. ✨
Here’s to a season of slowing down, releasing, restoring, and coming back to yourself.
🍁 Happy first day of fall!
