I often get questions from new clients seeking advice on the best facial treatment for them, or feeling anxious about selecting the right service for their skin. To help those who are uncertain, I provide a service called “the undecided” on my menu. In this service, when you visit, I customize your treatment according to your skin’s overall health. My main focus is to provide safe and effective skincare tailored to your skin type. If I feel that a chosen treatment may not be the best fit, we will adjust the plan to ensure it is most suitable for you.

As an example, the original appointment booked for this client included a dermaplaining add on which is an advanced method of exfoliation. This client came to me with a severely compromised barrier and symptoms of an eczema flair up having rough, textured and flaky skin. Now had we done that I would have risked harming the skin even further and disrupting the skins microbiome that would lead to a longer recovery time and overall discomfort. During our consultation we agreed that her original appointment was not the best option for her skin and created a new treatment plan to help with her skin condition. I will always put your skin health first!!!
