Midguards Rest Massage and Reiki

Alright… barter attempt number 12 😂

I am looking for someone who wants to trade house cleaning for massage/services because apparently this is harder to find than I thought lol.

My house is about 1,050 sq. ft.
It’s not nasty, it’s not piled with stuff, it just needs a really good deep clean.

Hubby keeps up with the normal day-to-day stuff pretty well, but I want somebody to come in and do the stuff that gets skipped when life is busy.

And before anybody asks why I don’t just do it myself:

I don’t have time. And even if I did… I absolutely do not want to. 😂

I clean enough at work. I have zero desire to come home and start scrubbing baseboards.

I do have cats, so yes, there will be cat hair and a little bit of “yep, clearly cats live here” happening 😂 but nothing wild.

I’m looking to barter hour for hour.

2 hours cleaning = 2 hours massage/services
3 hours cleaning = 3 hours massage/services
You get the idea 😂

Okay… apparently y’all have decided I’m supposed to teach now 😂

I’ve had quite a few people lately ask me:

“Do you offer business mentoring?”
“Do you take massage therapy apprentices?”
and now…
“Would you ever teach Reiki?”

And honestly… I’m thinking about ALL of it.

I’ve learned a ridiculous amount running Midguards Rest — pricing, policies, client retention, marketing, reviews, memberships, boundaries, building a clientele, figuring out what actually makes money, and all the business stuff nobody warns you about when you decide to work for yourself.

So I’m putting feelers out.

I’m considering offering:

✨ Massage Business Mentoring
For massage therapists who want help with the business side of this industry.

✨ Massage Therapy Apprenticeship Opportunities
I’m currently looking into exactly what would be required to offer this properly.

✨ Reiki Classes
This one has been on my mind for a while, and I’m seriously considering stepping into teaching Reiki too.

Nothing is officially launching yet — I just want to know if the interest is actually there before I start building these programs.
