Atelier Salon Collective Welcomes Madison Barr to Our Family
We are thrilled to announce that Madison Barr is joining the Atelier Salon Collective family as our newest Cosmetologist.
Madison brings a refined skill set and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their absolute best. She is a graduate of Chesapeake School of Esthetics (Class of 2022) and recently completed her cosmetology education at Paul Mitchell The Temple Annapolis, where she continued to elevate her craft and artistic vision.
Her love for skincare and hair is matched only by her dedication to creating a welcoming, confidence‑boosting experience for every guest. When she’s not in the salon, Madison enjoys relaxing at the beach and exploring the outdoors in her Jeep, a spirit of adventure that shines through in her work.

Atelier Salon Collective is thrilled to welcome Tiffany, a seasoned stylist with 13 years of expertise in barbering and balayage. A Paul Mitchell graduate, Tiffany brings exceptional skill, creativity, and passion to every service.
Beyond the salon, Tiffany runs her own animal rescue, rehabilitates wildlife, rides horses, and enjoys outdoor adventures like hunting and offshore fishing. She loves spending time with her husband Andy, their daughters Mackenzie and Abigail, their Belgian Malinois LuCha, and their goat Daisy.
A proud Queen Anne’s County native, Tiffany serves her community through the MSFA Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion. She also offers exclusive discounts for First Responders, Public Safety Personnel, and Military members.
