A Little Life Update:

As many of you know, I’m getting ready to welcome another sweet baby boy to life, and with that comes a season of slowing down and nesting. I’ve shared this with most of my current clients, but I wanted to make sure anyone I haven’t seen in a while is also in the loop.

I’ll be taking a break from massage as I prepare for his arrival and settle into this next chapter. I’m so grateful for all of the support, trust, and love you’ve shown me during this pregnancy—it truly means so much.

In the meantime, when you’re needing bodywork, another wonderful massage therapist will be available at the spa on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her name is Ciara, and she’ll be happy to take great care of you.

Even though I won’t be taking clients for a bit, I’ll still be available if you have questions about massage, wellness, or self-care. I also plan to continue posting helpful facts and tips here for anyone who wants to follow along.

I’ll share updates when I’m ready to return, and I can’t wait to see you all again when the time is right. Thank you for your understanding, and for being such an amazing part of my journey.
