Trying to be so much better about posting B&A’s… honestly most days I’m just working/talking to my patients bc we have to catch up on life 🫠/ and just surviving…
The easy thing to do is just keep working and not stop to take perfectly angles before and afters for social BUT I am holding myself accountable to be more consistent

How I’ve changed as a provider
There’s a version of guilt that only working moms know.
It’s answering one more email while your child is asking you to watch. It’s missing bedtime because you were on a work trip, then crying in a hotel room that’s too quiet. It’s finally being fully present at home and feeling the pull of everything you’re behind on at work. We tell ourselves we’re failing somehow. Always somewhere.
But I want to say something to the mom who needs to hear it: You are not failing. You are stretched, because you love a lot of things and a lot of people depend on you. That’s not weakness. That’s devotion, spread across more places than one heart should ever have to cover.
Your kids won’t remember the laundry pile or the late email. They’ll remember that you showed up tired and still hugged them. That you built something.
That you showed them a woman can have a career AND be their safe place.
You are not choosing between being a good mom and being good at work. You are both. Even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.❤️
