Can you dig it? Whipped Cream has done it again! You go Jackie with your wavy hair. To do this, use some Whipped Cream, blow dry, and use a 2.5 inch curling iron.
Screen USA will be at the Midwest Hair Show in Chicago this weekend, they will have an explosive booth introducing their products to the midwest. pictures soon to follow as they start coming in.
