Cancellation Policy
I require a 24 hour advance notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-show, reschedule or cancellation less than 24 hours of service time will be charged the full service amount. A reschedule request less than 24 hours is same as cancellation of the current appointment, and setting up a new appointment. With proper cancellation notice in advance, I can easily book someone else in your spot. Please also note that late arrival might cut into your service time and you will be charged the full amount. I am booked back to back, and I have to serve the next guest at their appointment time.
