What is PFE? Perifollicular Edema (PFE) appears as tiny swollen bumps around the treated hairs and can last anywhere from a few minutes to an hour after treatment. While everyone’s skin responds differently, seeing this reaction is considered a positive treatment endpoint.

If I cared for half the things my clients apologized for I’d be the biggest hypocrite and a terrible laser hair removal specialist! When you come in kick back and relax—but DO NOT apologize for things like this (includes smells, sweat, looks, shapes, sizes, chipped nail polish….whatever the case may be)!
