To all of my Middle, and High school athlete parents.
I am working on putting together an Injury Prevention Workshop here in Chesterland.

We cover:
*Brief talk of hydration
*With discussion and participation, we get into body awareness.
*Then we dig into sport-specific injuries through demonstration and participation, and how to stay healthy at home (with simple tricks & tools you have at home)
*Q&A throughout

Who would be interested? Looking to enroll approximately 30 attendees. I will offer a separate class for the elementary kids (I request that parents attend; free for parents).

Currently looking for a Sunday evening in September, 5-7ish (duration depends on attendees, participation, etc.).

As a 24-year Reiki practitioner/Master Teacher, I'm excited to announce that I am now an Animal Reiki Master Teacher.
I can sprinkle appointments in now, but beginning in January, I will be offering Animal appointments every other Thursday. Appointments will be in the animal's home/barn/farm/etc so there will be a small travel fee per session.
I also offer distance work. This is just as effective as in-person for those who I am just too far from.
Please reach out to book your sessions, as I do not offer online booking for animals.
