We did a full foil, alternating highlights and lowlights (every piece of hair was in a foil)
I used a stronger developer on the banding and a weaker developer everywhere else, her hair lifted perfectly!!!! At the bowl, we did a root tap and toned her all over with Igora Vibrance ☺️
