Feeling tight or carrying tension? Here are 3 yoga poses that help support mobility and
release tension throughout the body.
⭐️Star Pose: Encourages full-body movement and helps ease the body into a rest.
⭐️Yogi Squat: Opens the hips and stretches the psoas muscle, which can help take pressure off of the lower back.
⭐️Pigeon Pose: Helps release the tension in the hips while targeting the piriformis muscle and deep outer hip muscles.

Breathe Work With Ellen!
Meet Ellen, our yoga instructor here at Empath! She begins each of her yoga classes with breath work because she believes in the incredible power of taking a moment to simply breathe.
Breath work can help support relaxation, lower cortisol, and encourage your body to enter a rest, digest, and restore state. 🧘♀️
Breathe along with Ellen through a couple of simple breathing exercises you can use anytime you need to pause and reset.
