To our beautiful and handsome clientele,

There has been some rumors around town saying that we will be closing our doors. I can assure you that is not correct, nor in the slightest bit true. The only change since Coley has left is our hours are a little different. We are here 9am-5pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday. Sat we are here from 9-1… Wednesday is a little iffy due to it being Glenda’s main day off since she has been w the barber shop. I will never impede on her schedule, I may own the shop however she has tenure. My stylist/barbers make their own schedule all I ask is they give me a set day off. I too have personal appts on Wed the time changes each week. Somedays we may be open all day, others 1/2 day. I recommend calling before coming in on Wed. If you do and we are closed have no fear Thursdays we will be here. We will stay walk in based however if you have a certain time that works for you we will always take appts too! The difference is between us an Coley we have younger Kids, Glenda now has a full nest of grandkids that are now right up the rd. They are no longer states away sometimes we cut out early for practice, school events, or just to “go fishing”. Kids grow up quick so I encourage the staff to take time when they can to enjoy family when we can. I know it’s a change we hope yall will understand. We strive to be there for our clients, yall are the reason we are able to enjoy life w our family. We appreciate your support, enjoy conversations, sorry if you like Fox News we now jam out to tunes all day! It’s part of our vibe, yall are our tribe!

Please extend your warmest wishes to Coley as he embarks on his well-deserved retirement. After dedicating over 60 years to his craft, Coley has earned the right to relax and enjoy his golden years. I speak on behalf of all the female colleagues when I express our heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable guidance and support Coley has provided us throughout his tenure. While we may not miss the occasional political discussions, we acknowledge that there is a time and place for everything. As Coley transitions into retirement, we are reminded that it is a bittersweet moment for all of us who have had the privilege of working alongside him. We feel honored to have had the opportunity to learn from him and grow as professionals. I am particularly grateful for the trust Coley has placed in me to take over the business, and I am committed to ensuring that his legacy continues to thrive. Coley's dedication to his craft is a testament to his perseverance and passion. He has earned the right to spend his days watching baseball and enjoying quality time with his lovely wife. Congratulations, Coley, we wish you all the best and express our deepest gratitude for everything you have done for us. We love and respect you dearly.
