The coolest thing happened this week!!! I was Brainspotting with a veteran who has been struggling. He said all he saw was a dark path. So I was having him notice the path with his eyes closed. My dog- bridger who is in all my sessions was on the couch next to him. While client was noticing bridger started dreaming and moving his paws. A few moments later I said Bridger is there to show you the way. Follow him. Client processed for about seven more minutes as tears fell and when he came back he stated Steph- I saw Bridger and a light at the end of the tunnel. Then you told me to follow him. And now there is sun and brightness in my eyes! Epic!
