Hello everyone! Long time no post. Although Sherman’s name has evolved to , the generational salon is still very much alive and kicking! We recently added a new Nail Tech in town, with which we are all excited about! Holli & Penny are still working and keeping themselves busy with the best clients that anyone could ever ask for. Cally is getting close to being done with Cosmetology school and can hardly WAIT to start offering hair and skin services here. 💖

Our garden is coming to life & it’s so nice to have something to be excited about!

We are celebrating Penny ( my mom ) & Phil’s birthday today and also wishing Phil a happy retirement from hair!
This is his last day at the shop and I ( Cally) can honestly say taking one last picture all together definitely made me cry!

Phil has been here for 19 years & doing hair for 24. He has always been so professional, kind, knowledgeable, fun, hilarious, passionate about fighting for what’s right, and a huge driving force and presence of Sherman’s.

We love you Phil & wish you the best of luck in your future 💜

I have literally been here since I was born and it‘a been a hell of a ride taking over something that’s been in my family for 3 generations.

I came in slowly and let it transition at its own pace. It has been a process of a LOT of soul searching and digging in to what *I* want it to be & how to proceed honoring the roots yet keeping it authentic to who I am as an entrepreneur.

There has been a lot of learning, weighing and measuring, dreaming and scheming, flipping and flopping , testing new ideas, listening, being still & patient, enjoying the time and camaraderie with salon family ( including my mom ) Fridays with coffee & donuts, my new massage space 🥰, updates and making plans to bring this space up to its full potential under my families care.

I am genuinely excited for what the future holds and what the next chapters are going to bring. But before ANYTHING else can happen,
I deeply desire to throw an anniversary party for Sherman’s.

70 years is a long time!

The secret as I have learned from my entrepreneurial lineage?

Never be afraid to pivot or change to stay relevant with the times, and always try to do what works for the cards placed in front of you.
Oh yeah - be a good person &do good work.
