Business scoreboards are hard at the end of the year when you’re an Enneagram 3, “The Achiever,” especially when you didn’t end up where you hoped to be.

I know my worth isn’t to found in a number, and at the end of the day, it’s really about the relationships formed along the way. But if I’m honest, my default is still to look at the numbers and let them tell me how I did.

It wasn’t my worst year, but it was far from my best.

Today, I’m choosing to celebrate what this year held beyond a scorecard. The people. The growth. The lessons. The moments I showed up, even on some of my hardest days.

A new Mary Kay year starts this month. New goals. A fresh scoreboard. Here’s to growing the business… and growing myself, too.

🚨 I NEED FOUNDATION MATCH MODELS 🚨

I’m doing a fun little “Master the Match” challenge to sharpen my shade matching skills with the NEW Mary Kay TimeWise® 3D Foundation 💄✨

I need ALL kinds of skin tones, undertones, ages, textures, and skin types to practice with!

Especially looking for:
✨ Very fair skin
✨ Olive tones
✨ Deep/rich deep skin
✨ Mature skin
✨ Dry, textured, acne-prone, or redness-prone skin
✨ Warm, cool & neutral undertones
✨ Anyone who says “I can NEVER find my shade” 😂

Did you know 80% of women are wearing the wrong foundation shade?! No wonder foundation shopping feels frustrating 😅

Comment below with what “category” you’d fit into from the graphic OR message me if you want to help me practice match! 💕

Okay this may seem slightly ridiculous… but I’m committed. 😂

There’s a very cute, very sparkly denim jacket on the line this month and I’m currently sitting just outside the top 10… which feels a little too close to not go for it.

So here’s my pitch:
If you’ve been meaning to restock anything or grab a few favorites and you don’t already have a Mary Kay girl, shop my site and help me lock this thing in.

It ships straight to you, it’s easy, and there may or may not be some really good deals waiting over there 👀
