No-Call / No-Show & Deposit Policy

To better serve all clients and respect everyone’s time, the following policy is in place:
• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure all future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
• Non-Refundable: If the client cancels without notice or fails to attend the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Reason for Policy: This policy is necessary due to repeated no-call/no-show occurrences, which result in wasted time and lost opportunities to serve other clients.

We value each client and strive to provide the best experience possible. Respecting scheduled appointment times ensures fairness to all clients and helps maintain smooth operations.
