Your appointment is held exclusively for you, and our team prepares in advance. That time has real value.

This is why your card is collected at booking. No-call, no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service and if your booking was made through a third party voucher, that voucher will be redeemed as well.

We don’t make the rules to be difficult. We make them because our time, just like yours, matters. 💛
