Sharka has worked in the salon/spa industry since 1996, experiencing many aspects of the business. Starting out in guest relations, she eventually move to management.
Joining her mother in the business back in 1998 she became the Director of Operations.
Sharka Magnus provides leadership and direction within the locations to assure that organizational standards and policies are maintained. She gets the opportunity to work with an exceptional team and loves to see their careers grow. She also enjoys being involved in all aspects of the business, from attending every new hire interview to lending a creative hand and designing the salon advertising. Sharka draws on the excellent organizational practices she learned early in her career, and strives to apply those high standards to the business.
She has a talent to make people feel great every day. She enjoys the fashion-forward industry because it allows her to have fun while she works.
She has also strengthened ties to the community by hosting events in the salon and making charitable donations.
Sharka is passionate about furthering herself, and her career while enjoying all the wonderful things that life has to offer her. Sharka Magnus
