Inspired by her mom to pursue a career in hair, Erin brings both creativity and care to every appointment. Outside of the salon, you can usually find her playing video games or reading a new book.

Meet Javier, our amazing stylist with 15 years of experience! Javier attended the Sassoon School of Cosmetology in Los Angeles.
Upon graduating, he worked at Vidal Sassoon Salon for 6 1/2 years before joining the Michael and Michael team in 2019.
Javier loves all hair, but he especially loves short, precision haircuts. While precision is the foundation of all of his haircuts, he still incorporates softness and movement into his work.
