Hi Everyone just left my appointment I’m currently at 214🎉🎉 I’m doing everything right 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 just think I was over doing it at first after surgery but I will say I feel 😊 Great I have my days when I’m up an some days I just be dreadful 😂 but I’m not complaining🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Iam currently in stage 5 of my diet 💪🏾💪🏾 it’s been a long time since February 20th of starting my liquid diet W/ 1 meal a day ( salad was mine) up until now, I’m able to eat a salad now😊

Hi👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾 Everyone Those of you who are New Here Welcome to My Page🥰😘 I’m So honored to have Y’all, as you all Know before I’ve been trying to Lose Weight for some time, yes I have tried working out, dieting, fasting, and just was not working I wasn’t staying consistent that’s the #1 Command. But I’m just going to get straight to it, but I recently had Sleeve Surgey(Weightloss) Medical Covered everything for me🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾I had to go through the program for 1Year before giving me a date 🤞🏾 but I will say it was definitely worth it, because I was scared especially with my Mother no longer being here, I had to go through nutrition classes, psychology class an different question of why you want the surgery‼️ but later on we we will get more into it, So my Starting weight was 256,
Doing the pre op diet for my surgery Started 02-20–2023, so I had to do a liquid diet for 2weeks before Surgery- consist of protein Shakes water, drinks of 5calories or less, an 1meal, (my meal was Salad an 3oz air fried boneless chicken with Lemon for 2weeks, my snacks was onions red cherry tomatoes an cucumber with apple cider vinegar, an regular vinegar. Surgery day 03-06-2023 , 6:30am my weight was 235💪🏾 so after surgery I was in the recovery room while waiting to be admitted upstairs, I was throwing up, that was my fear of the surgery, due to me having hyperemisis ( severe Gerd ) so I told them zofran will not work for me so I suggest another nausea med that works taking showers every time I felt nauseated my fiancé was right there in the hospital for a week with me finally made it home and babeee I Feel Great, I Had No Pain at All💯💯🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 And I truly thank Jehovah God for that but I’m currently at 221 as of Friday my first appointment feel free to ask questions I have a lot more to say but I’ll take my time thank you for listening 😘🥰😘

Goodmorning Beautiful People 🥰🥰 I Pray Everyone have a Great Peaceful Day🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 Today I Start My PreOp Diet🙏🏾🙏🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 Which consist of Water, Tea, it says Coffee, Drinks with 5 calories, 1 Meal a Day, Non-starchy vegetables, Very lean Meat(Skinless Chicken,(white meat) oh yeah I’m also doing the Fairlife Protein Shake🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I Got This‼️‼️ will be posting more of my Days leading up to my surgery 🙂Have an Amazing Day Everyone 😘😘
