Short hair don’t care! This young client wanted short hair so bad that she created a petition to get it cut! Mom agreed and trusted me to give her the cute cut! My client came in for a more outgrown balayage. We did it and I wasn’t happy, so I brought her back and did what I knew i could do! First we did a beauty bath to lighten the ends a bit and while the hair was wet I used the beauty bath as my lightener.
