My contractor’s name is Luis. A friend introduced me to him back in 2020, and he’s been doing all of my build-outs ever since.

I started with just 900 sq. ft. and slowly started breaking down every wall connected to me. Now my Hyde Park location is over 3,000 sq. ft.

I started with 1 person working for me. At one point we grew to 28 people, and today we have 18 amazing people working within the company.

But what I’ve really built isn’t just a salon. It’s the systems. The structure. The framework. The way this business operates and everything we offer — it hasn’t been done like this before.

So now I’m asking myself… what’s next?

How do I give back to the people who have been rocking with me since 2018?
How do I help the people who have been following me, applying to work with me, wanting access to my space and my knowledge, but couldn’t get in?

And honestly… I think the next level for me is taking everything I built in brick and mortar and turning it into an online engine for the beauty industry. Something every beauty professional can benefit from no matter their trade.

Nowwwww can other business owners benefit from what’s coming too? Absolutely. Because at the core of all of this is business structure, framework, and systems that help people get to their next level.
