This holiday season, we’re stepping up to help our neighbors — both two-legged and four-legged. ❤️

With the recent shutdown and cuts to food programs, food insecurity is rising fast. We’re hosting a Holiday Food & Pet Supply Drive to support , which feeds over 1,000 families each month, and Chicago Animal Care & Control, whose shelters are in serious need.

🛒 Drop off nonperishable food or pet supplies directly at the shop. (Wish Lists in the next slides)
💸 Financial donations can be made to Common Pantry (link in bio).
🐾 Please note: CACC cannot accept financial donations — but every bag of food or litter makes a difference.

Let’s pull together, Chicago. No family — and no pet — should go hungry this season. 🧡

Thanks for the new gear ! We’re proud to use Resurva for our booking. We love the easy to use customer interface, booking reminders, and wait lists. This isn’t an ad…we just dig it.

Reminder, as of today, there is a slight price increase. All services increase $5 and $10 for a haircut & beard trim. There is a $5 surcharge for card transactions.

Attention! A slight pricing adjustment will be in effect as of September 1st.

The costs in rent and supplies have risen significantly since we last increased 3 years ago. While we’ve absorbed the costs before, the time has come to make this adjustment.

We are truly appreciative to everyone for their patronage and hope that we can continue to be your barbershop of choice. Thank you for your understanding!

Happy 5th anniversary to ! Hard to believe it’s been 5 whole years since the Beckers moved from Omaha in the middle of a pandemic and took a chance on a little startup shop. But in those 5 years, Dan has grown into a fixture of Old Dog and more importantly a trusted and dear friend. Happy 5, Daniel! We love ya!
