Feels like Groundhog Day! Dearest clients, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well. As you know, the stay at home order has been extended until May 30. Spruce has and will continue to comply with this order and will open as soon as we are able!! We hate this as much as you do and can’t wait to get back into the salon to do your hair and connect with all of you in person! We will be sending emails with more detailed information regarding scheduling future appointments and other news. In the meantime, let your hair grow or buzz it off, pin it up or do something crazy, we can fix it when we come back! Please do your best to stay healthy and safe, we are all in this together!

At home maintenance gone wrong!! Our good friend and client John, he’s a good sport and hey, it’s just hair!! It will grow back and we will be there to get you all back to normal, even better than normal because we will all be so much more appreciative of everyone and EVERYTHING!! In the meantime, we have some time to go so keep smiling and laughing and remember we are all in this together and we are all scared on some level so let’s support one another and be kind and patient with ourselves and our loved ones that we are stuck with at home 😂 -19 @ Spruce

It definitely made me laugh! Listen, these are drastic times and they call for drastic measures, like staying in to save lives and maintaining your own hair for a little while!! We WILL be back and we look forward to all the talks and all the hair we will be cutting, coloring and fixing 😂 We will be coming at you with some tips and ideas on how to maintain at home while we are all sheltered. Keep in mind, this is all temporary for us and while it’s our business, it’s still really just hair and our hair won’t be here if we aren’t!! Stay safe! Stay inside!! -19

Last night was so fun, we really hope this catches on because it made us so happy to connect with all of you who were able to join! Honestly, I was worried about my mental well being during this time. I tend to isolate myself when I’m feeling down or worried and this would have and was beginning to double down on that. So I’m really grateful to for really pushing me to do this. I wanted to but I really did need some pushing as I was already sleeping too much just a few days into this to escape the worries! Sooo what I’m saying is, this helped me feel so much better by connecting and laughing and sharing and in this time of isolation and solitude and fear, we need connection and laughter more than ever. So join us won’t you??
